A.C.E. would love to have you as a Parent Volunteer! Currently, A.C.E. is preparing for the 2018-19 school year. If the description of any of the following board member positions is something of interest to you please reach out to a board member today. For the 2018-19 school year we currently have the Social, Finance and Hospitality/Outreach board positions open. Also, we are looking for leads for Trunk or Treat, Father Daughter Dance and Mom Son Bash. Please reach out to Megan White at Megan@advancedcomply.com if you are interested in serving in any of those positions.

Description of board duties are below and co-leads are encouraged too if you would like to volunteer with a friend.

LEAD: Presides over all A.C.E. meetings and helps to coordinate the work of all board members and committees to support their goals.

CO-LEAD: Shadow the Lead and prepare for the assumption of the Lead position for the following school year.

FINANCE CHAIR: Receive all monies and keep an accurate record of. The Finance Lead also oversees labels collection and Christmas Teacher/Staff Fund.

COMMUNICATIONS CHAIR: Keep minutes and record of all regular A.C.E. meetings. Lead A.C.E. FB page and Used Uniform FB page.

SERVICE & SPIRITUAL CHAIR: Organize prayer, volunteer, and/or service opportunities in the community throughout the year.

OUTREACH & HOSPITALITY CHAIR: Welcomes new families, coordinates teacher appreciation activities, organizes hospitality efforts for school families.

SOCIAL & SPIRIT CHAIR: Coordinates and organizes volunteer support for annual favorite events Including Trunk or Treat, Living Nativity, etc. The Social & Spirit Lead is not solely in charge of each event but rather ensures that each event has a lead and proper volunteer support.
